Check-in & Check-out 📌 What time is check-in? Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Your door code will be sent via your booking platform messages by 6:00 AM on the day of arrival. 📌 Can I request an early check-in? Early check-in is rarely possible due to our cleaning schedule. If approved by our booking agent, details will be shared in advance. 📌 What time is check-out? Check-out is 10:00 AM sharp. 📌 What are the check-out instructions? Leave bedding on the beds - Place used towels in the washing machine and start a load - Turn on the dishwasher - Take out the trash and recycling to the designated garbage building. Wi-Fi 📌 How can I access Wi-Fi? Unit 1 - Network: Saratoga1 - Password: beachhouse1 Unit 16 - Network: TELUS8861 - Password: Saratoga30! Unit 30 - Network: Saratoga30 - Password: beachhouse30 If the Wi-Fi is not working, you can reset the modem located inside the entrance closet. Unplug it, wait 2 minutes, then plug it back in. Parking 📌 Where can I park? Each unit includes 2 parking spaces directly below - EV charging is available at the garbage building - Extra guest parking is available at the front of the complex or on the street. Heat Pump 📌 What should I do if the heat pump stops working? Locate the breaker switch near the front entrance - Turn it off and back on to reset - Make sure all heat pumps are set to the same mode: heat, A/C, or fan. Garbage & Recycling 📌 What is the access code for the garbage building? Garbage and recycling go to the labeled garbage building at the entrance. Access Code: 9022. Please do not place glass or soft plastics in recycling. Pets 📌 Are pets allowed? Pets are welcome! Leashes are required on the property - Do not allow pets on furniture - Brush off sandy paws before entering - Pick up after your pet and use the garbage bin - Never leave pets unattended inside the unit. Please do not use the property for pet-related business. Beach Access 📌 Is there direct beach access? This is a sandy beachfront property. Please rinse or brush off sandy shoes before entering - If the weather allows, leave shoes outside on the patio. Safety 📌 Is there a fire extinguisher in the unit? Where is it located? Yes, every unit is equipped with a fire extinguisher. You’ll find it under the kitchen sink. Please make sure to turn off the gas after use. 📌 Is there a BBQ and firepit available for guest use? Yes, each unit has a gas BBQ and a firepit located on the patio. Turn on the gas valve on the wall next to the patio door - Then use the switch on the BBQ or firepit to ignite - Please ensure the gas is turned OFF at the wall after use for safety. Water & Septic 📌 Is the tap water safe to drink? Tap water is safe to drink - cold water is filtered. Additional filtered water is available from the fridge door dispenser. This property uses a septic system. Please do not flush anything besides toilet paper - no paper towels, hygiene products, or garbage. Kitchen 📌 What kitchen appliances are available? Fully equipped kitchen with standard appliances - Gas cooktop/oven: use the highest turbo fan if using more than one burner - Set the bathroom exhaust fan to 60 minutes when cooking. Please do not use abrasive scrub sponges on the cooktop as they can scratch the surface. What's provided in the unit? Kitchen supplies Olive oil, spices, condiments - Salt, pepper, coffee - Cookware, dishes, wine glasses - Coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster. Bed & bath Bedding, linens, towels - Sofa bed linens are located above the washer and in the bedroom armoire - Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap - Hair dryer, washer & dryer. Starter supplies Laundry & dishwasher detergent - Toilet paper, trash bags - 3M sponge (not for cooktop). Forgotten Items 📌 What happens if I forget something in the unit? Please check everywhere before you leave. If you leave something behind, contact us as soon as possible. We can ship items at your cost - unclaimed items will be donated. Smoking & Quiet Hours 📌 Is smoking or vaping allowed on the property? No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property - If smoking at the beach, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly - No firearms, fireworks, illegal substances, or hazardous materials. Quiet hours: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Food & Restaurants 📌 Are there restaurants or cafes within walking or short driving distance?
