UNIT INFORMATION
Wi-Fi Network: Saratoga1 - Password: beachhouse1 Trash & Recycling The garbage room is located at the entrance of the property. Access Code: 9022 🚮 Garbage - All glass, including beer and wine bottles, goes in the garbage bins, not on the floor. Keep all bin lids open. Break down all cardboard boxes. ♻️ Refundable Recyclables - CR Paws Charity - Place empty, rinsed cans and bottles in the “Bag Buddy” inside the garbage room. No garbage, glass, or bagged items in this bin. More information: crpaws.ca Please help keep the area clean. Thank you! Access Door Code: Your door code will be sent through your booking platform messages at 6:00 AM on the day of arrival. Parking Parking for 2 vehicles is available directly below the unit - Additional EV charging is available at the garbage building - Guest parking is available at the front of the complex or on the street. 🏖️ BEACH SAND This is a beachfront property, so we appreciate guests rinsing or brushing off sandy footwear before coming inside. If it's warm enough, please leave your shoes on the patio. 🚽 SEPTIC SYSTEM The entire property is on a septic system. Please do not flush: Garbage, Paper towels , Hygiene products, Wipes or other non-toilet paper items. 🧯 FIRE EXTINGUISHER Located under the kitchen sink. 🔥 GAS BBQ & FIRE PIT Turn the gas on at the wall beside the patio door, then use the switch on the BBQ or fire pit. Please ensure the gas is TURNED OFF after use. 🐾 PETS This is a wonderful beach for dogs! Dogs must be kept on a leash while on the property. - Please do not allow pets on the furniture. To keep your stay comfortable and clean, please bring your own dog bed and any pet amenities your dog may need. - Sandy dogs make for sandy homes, so please brush off your dog before bringing them back inside. - Please clean up after your pet and dispose of pet waste in the bin at the Garbage Building. 🚫 DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS UNATTENDED IN YOUR UNIT. CHECKING - IN ANYTIME AFTER 4PM On rare occasion we are able to provide you with early check-in, but it is a challenge due to time constraints with our housekeeping team. If your agent has approved you with an early check-in, they will provide you with necessary details. CHECKING - OUT 10AM SHARP Check out instructions: leave bedding on beds and deposit used towels in washing machine and start a load, please. Please turn on the dishwasher when you leave & empty the garbage & recycling

Your unit will be stocked with some of what you need for your stay. Bring your clothes and your toiletries, and most other items you need will be here! ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES CAN BE PURCHASED AT DISCOVERY FOODS: 1km drive from The Beach House. (Feel free to leave non-perishable leftovers that others may enjoy!) APPLIANCES Our unit has standard appliances. GAS COOKTOP/OVEN. Please use the highest turbo speed on the overhead fan when using more than one burner on the stove top or oven. (if the alarms go off use a broom handle to reach them!) In addition, set the Bathroom Exhaust fan to 60 min. It takes some seconds before it begins. Please DO NOT USE THE SCRUB SPONGE to clean the cook top as it will scratch the surface. WATER Water from the tap is safe to drink & the cold tap is filtered. There’s also filtered water on the inside of the fridge door.
Guest Violation Fees
To help us maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests, the following fees may apply if house rules are violated or damages occur during your stay. CLEANLINESS & WASTE Garbage not disposed of in designated bins — $100 Excessively messy unit (food spills, excessive trash, etc.) — $150–$250 Improper disposal of human waste — $250–$500 biohazard fee NOISE & COMMUNITY RESPECT Excess noise during quiet hours — $250 Late checkout without prior approval — Cost of an additional night’s stay PROPERTY DAMAGE & MISUSE Damage to property, furnishings, or tents — Cost of repair or replacement Graffiti, markings, or writing on property — $200–$500 Misuse of amenities (e.g. towels used as rugs or cleaning cloths) — $50–$100 SAFETY & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES Smoking or vaping inside units/tents — $250 Use of prohibited items (hookahs, candles, etc.) — $100 Tampering with fire safety equipment — $300+ Use of fireworks or sparklers on property — $300–$500 Thank you for helping us care for the property and create a respectful experience for all guests.
HOUSE RULES
Our townhomes are located in a high-end residential community with families and working professionals. We take pride in being good neighbours and kindly ask that you treat the home and surrounding community with the same care and respect you would your own. 🌙 QUIET HOURS 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM 🚭 SMOKING Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property. If you choose to smoke on the beach, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Do not discard cigarette butts on the property, street, sidewalk, beach, or grassy areas. 🔎 LOST & FOUND Please check everywhere for your belongings before departing. If you leave an item behind, notify us immediately. We can arrange shipping at your expense plus a $55 administration fee. Items not claimed within 14 days will be donated. 📋 ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES Respect all residents and guests. No smoking or vaping. No firearms. No illegal drug use. No fireworks or hazardous materials.

Start one load of towels. Start the dishwasher at least 30 minutes before you leave. Do not leave dirty dishes or garbage strewn about. Clean up the major messes, spills, and accidents or bring them to our attention. Please make sure you are not leaving any items behind. Check the washer and dryer!! If you notice any deficiencies or broken items in your unit, please let us know ASAP!
